Over the past few weeks, a number of well-known enterprises have taken the decision to participate in Orbit/Comdex 2003 from 24 to 27 September in Basel. Now, six weeks before the exhibition opens, 367 exhibitors have registered for an area of approximately 10,000 square metres.

More than 141 enterprises have decided to participate at this year's Orbit/Comdex during the past few weeks in spite of the difficult economic circumstances. Compared with previous years, in which the number of exhibitors increased by around 20% between July and the beginning of the exhibition, these six weeks before the opening of the exhibition represents an increase of 62% and includes well-known firms such as Bison Schweiz AG, Cisco Systems GmbH, Dicom Security AG, Sony Ericsson and Veritas Software GmbH. ...more
